The end-of-camp party turned out to be a blast! Thanks to our wonderful parents and all who came to support the children. The last day of the camp started out with the children learning tens and ones through the use of cookies. They then moved on to learning more about natural resources from all around the world! From salt in Ethiopia to wind turbines in India.
Things started to get busier in the classroom as we started to prepare for the Green party! There were balloons to blow, stalls to setup and signs to be displayed. Children came up with cookie prices, games stalls and rules for each game. Roles were discussed with each child taking up a role of their choice. When the Green party kicked off, the children kept to their roles of giving out prizes, collecting Kinder Dollars and managing the game stalls! Business at the cookie station was so good that they were sold out by the end of the party!
Do stay tuned for more Kindernomics events! We are already itching with excitement at what we have in store for you next!
